About The Role

  1. Assist in maintaining and updating contract records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Support the management of the contract database, including data entry, updates, and reporting.
  3. Help organize and coordinate departmental events and activities.
  4. Assist in creating and updating dashboards to track contract performance
  5. Assist in extracting data from multiple sources for any ad-hoc contract requests.
  6. The intern will assist support staff in renaming, copying, and moving old scanned documents to the appropriate folders. Additionally, they will update the database if any documents are not currently recorded.
  7. Asssist in stamping duty submission to IRB
