Group Head - Paid Media

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth (50%)

• Media Strategy: Define and execute the overarching paid media strategy across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
• P&L Management: Own media business unit targets, forecasting, and commercial planning.
• ROI Optimization: Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-led, result-oriented campaigns.

Operations & Campaign Governance (30%)

• Budget Governance: Oversee, allocate, and optimize large-scale media budgets to maximize cost efficiency and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with creative, servicing, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (e.g., CPA, CPL, CTR) and apply insights for continual media efficiency.

Team Leadership & Capability Building (20%)

• Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and upskill team leaders and performance managers.
• Innovation: Foster a culture of testing, automation, and continuous improvement (including adopting AI marketing tools). You’d fit right in, if you:
• Are any Graduate/MBA with 6–8 years of relevant work experience
• Have experience of both Google & Meta platforms
• Have strong team management experience managing multiple teams
• Have experience in managing large advertising spends across multiple accounts
• Have strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end
• Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Office Timing - 5 days working. Hybrid , 3 days WFO. Regular 10.30 to 7.30 ,
