Designation : Senior Executive/Asst. Manager - Electrical Reports to : Section Head - Electrical Department : Engineering Location : Zydus Biologics, Biotech Park, Ahmedabad Qualification : B. E Electrical Years of Experience : 05 to 08 years Key Job Description: o Should be responsible to handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of Transformer, DG set, HT & LT panels, UPS & battery for critical loads, operation of DG sets with changeover. Should be responsible for maintaining power supply for whole site, manage shutdowns and load shedding independently. o Should have hands-on experience for QMS system, track wise, SAP, Documentum for SOP preparation, cGMP compliance, Qualification etc. o Must have knowledge of process equipment like Autoclaves, Bioreactors, fermenters, Centrifuges, TFF, Lyophilizes etc. o Able to handle ELV system like BMS/EMS, SCADA, Fire alarm, access control & door interlock system, EPBAX & PA, CCTV etc. o Responsible for work permit system and safety compliance at site. o Preference will be given to those who are having Electrical supervisor permit/license by Government office (CEI) . o Should be responsible for maintain documentation of log books, records and status labels for preventive maintenance. o Must have experience of safety procedures & practices like LOTO, use of PPEs, work permits system etc. For above positions, candidate-having exposure to regulatory requirement of documentation and cGMP/GLP is essential
