Designation : Lead – Utility & Electrical Reports to : Section Lead – Utility & Electrical Department : Engineering Location : Zydus Biologics, Biotech Park, Ahmedabad Qualification : B. E Electrical/ Mechanical Years of Experience : 10 to 12 years Key Job Description: o Should be responsible for maintaining power supply system for whole site, manage shutdowns and load shedding independently. Managing shift operations & staff in shifts. o Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Utilities like Air Compressors, Air Dryers, Solid fuel Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Water system (Primary RO), operation of Transformer & DG sets with changeover , Utility Manager (SCADA system) etc. o Should be responsible to handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of Transformer, DG set, HT & LT panels, UPS & battery for critical loads, black u tilities, Monitoring of Efficiency & Reliability of Air Compressors, Air Dryers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, D.G Set, Gas bank, Softener, RO, ETP & STP. o Responsible to face external ISO audits and government authorities, review legal compliances of utilities as per legal calendar. o Coordination with vendors for execution of projects, commissioning of utilities like EMS, Chillers, Air compressors, cooling Towers, Provide the facility as per expansion of plant. o Should have hands on experience for QMS system, track wise, SAP etc. o Should have responsibility for maintaining documentation of logbooks, records and status labels for preventive maintenance. o Must have experience of safety procedures & practices like LOTO, use of PPEs, work permits system etc.
