About The Role

The Field Appraiser is primarily responsible in conducting field Inspection and other related lending activities in Appraisal, Credit Investigation, Title Verification, and Annotation / Encumbrance of Mortgage with Government Agencies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related courses Willing to have frequent fieldwork and physically demanding activities Able to read/interpret building floor plans and bills of materials, understand the cartesian coordinate system.
