Executive - Safety & Security Loss Prevention

Position: SLP Executive (Security & Loss Prevention) The SLP Executive is responsible for ensuring effective security, loss prevention, inventory protection, and compliance across the fulfillment center. The role focuses on identifying operational risks, preventing theft and losses, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to company SOPs. Key Responsibilities: Monitor CCTV surveillance and identify suspicious activities, process deviations, and security incidents. Conduct regular Bin Audits, Inventory Audits, TDR Audits, Gate Pass Audits, IB/OB Audits, and shipment verification. Monitor inbound and outbound movements and ensure proper shipment, vehicle, seal, and documentation compliance. Investigate theft, shortage, damage, wrong shipment, misrouting, and other loss-related incidents using CCTV and system data. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly SLP reports, trackers, and MIS. Coordinate with Operations, Security, HR, Admin, and Client teams for timely closure of incidents and escalations. Ensure proper deployment, discipline, grooming, and performance of security guards and CCTV operators. Identify process gaps and implement preventive and corrective actions to reduce losses. Conduct regular security briefings and awareness training for associates and security personnel. Ensure compliance with SLP SOPs, safety requirements, client guidelines, and statutory regulations. Support investigations, audits, client visits, and management reviews. Maintain confidentiality of security information and ensure timely escalation of critical incidents.
