This role is responsible for business development, branch operations, supply management and safety compliance related to EMS business. This role plays a pivotal role in EMS revenue retention and expansion. Talent development & management is crucial to this role. Responsible for adoption of technology platforms and bring in process improvements across functions 6. Responsible for zero accidents and safe travel of customer employees always 2. Ensure appropriate Business Partner mix - Aggregator / Fleet Owner/ DCO 4. Responsible for timely availability of fleet/ manpower basis customer requirements 3 Functional Responsibility - 2 5. Responsible for handling business process audit & compliance to norms applicable to the industry 6. Responsible for project review of agreed operational SLA 7. Responsible for timely review of OCF and contract renewal 8. Responsible for working closely with NAM to build a healthy sales pipeline 4 People Responsibility 9. Responsible for capability building and development of branch talent 10.
