About The Role

Designation: Engineer Office Location: Halol, Vadodara Primary Responsibilities: · To take full responsibility of the line in terms of management of associates, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes. · Should have knowledge of Spot Welding/ Metal finish/ BIW/ Hemming/ Closure- Door Setting / Body Side/ Body Repair · Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting associates · To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy · Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand · To work closely with other line JEs to ensure production handovers are effective communications tools · To ensure that the training skills are met for current and future demands of the line To have an active role in the continuous improvement plan to achieve plans and quality improvement Reporting Team Reporting Designation: Group Leader Reporting Department: Manufacturing Educational qualifications preferred Field specialization: Experience in Auto OEM/ancillary will be preferred Degree: Diploma Required work experience Industry: Automobile/OEM Years of experience: 3 to 6 Years Required Competencies: : Should be dynamic, Self-driven, results-oriented, and above all who has a positive “can do” outlook with a clear focus on deliverables Required Knowledge: Spot Welding, Metal Finish, BIW, Hemming.
