Analyst Report To: Associate Director Department: Financial Services Location : Gurugram Job Summary Evalueserve is looking for bright and analytical graduates who are passionate about finance, data, and problem-solving. As part of our Risk & Quants team, you will work with leading global banks and financial institutions on projects spanning Market Risk, Credit Risk, Quantitative Analytics, and Business Analytics. This role is ideal for candidates who have an interest in finance and analytics, and who are eager to build expertise in risk management, financial markets, and data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities · Contribute to risk analytics and consulting engagements across Market, Credit, and Operational Risk functions for global banking and financial services clients. · Assist in the development and validation of risk models, including stress testing and scenario analysis. · Evaluate and monitor analytical models used by financial institutions to assess their accuracy, reliability, and business effectiveness. · Develop and utilize risk analytics tools, dashboards, and quantitative solutions for model testing, reporting, validation, and monitoring. · Collect, organize and analyze financial and time-series data to identify trends, emerging risks, and business insights. · Leverage tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and visualization platforms to solve business challenges and drive decision-making. · Conduct research on financial markets, regulatory developments, and industry trends. · Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality analytical solutions and client outcomes. Required Qualifications · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields. · Exposure to programming languages such as Python, C/C++, SQL, or R. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
