About The Role

Group Company: DPL Designation: Plant HR Operations Executive Office Location: Dahej Responsibilities: Statutory Compliance Ensure timely submission of statutory returns under: Factories Act Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA) Employment Exchange Act Apprentices Act Other applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. Coordinate and liaise with government authorities, including: Labour Commissioner Office Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health (DISH) Employment Exchange Apprentice Advisor/Authority Other statutory and government departments. Manage the NAPS & NATS Apprenticeship Portals , including: Registration and execution of apprenticeship contracts. Updating apprentice details. Attendance and stipend-related activities. Submission and follow-up of stipend reimbursement claims. Manage the apprentice attendance and payroll process and coordinate with the Corporate HR/Payroll team for timely processing. Ensure timely updating and uploading of statutory compliance records and supporting documents on the Team Lease Compliance Portal . Monitor statutory compliance calendars and ensure timely renewal/submission of applicable licenses, registrations, returns, and records. Contract Labour Management System (CLMS) Ensure effective administration of the Contract Labour Management System (CLMS) covering the complete contract worker lifecycle from entry to exit . Coordinate with contractors and the Procurement Department for finalization of contractor wage structures in line with applicable minimum wages and other statutory requirements. Ensure awareness and adherence among contractors and contract workmen regarding: Gate-pass process. Biometric/face attendance punching. Attendance monitoring. Weekly-off and working-hour requirements. Other CLMS-related processes. Verify one-time and monthly compliance documents of contractors and contract workers against the prescribed compliance checklist. Coordinate with contractors for timely closure of pending compliance and non-compliance issues . Qualification & Experience preferred Education: MHRM/MBA- HR or equivalent Experience: 6 - 8 Years
