Responsibility Heads Industry 4.0 Implementation Manufacturing Process Improvement AI & Data Analytics Automation & Integration, Continuous Improvement Project Management •Vendor coordination, feasibility, ROI, documentation and execution. Study manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, improve OEE, productivity and quality. Implement AI/ML, dashboards, predictive maintenance, quality analytics. Coordinate PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP and industrial communication integration. Evaluate new technologies, conduct pilots and support digital innovation.
