Commercial Operations, Contracts & Customer Support

i. Contract & Agreement Management which may include Maintain contract register and obligation tracker (Track contract expiry, renewal and amendment milestones), Compile commercial agreements, supporting documents and correspondence into the Department database, and prepare contract comparison matrices for negotiations.

ii. Customer & Stakeholder Support which may include maintain customer account database, contact lists and customer profiles and account summaries; compile customer meeting action items and follow-up trackers, and support preparation for stakeholder engagement sessions and correspondences.

iii. Billing & Commercial Assurance which may include support utility and gas billing verification, assist in billing audits and reconciliation exercises,; and organise supporting evidence for disputes and customer claims.

iv. Knowledge Management which will include maintain commercial templates and repositories, updating and organise historical agreements and negotiation precedents. (Contract Records)
