We are now looking for a Field Quality Inspector to play a key, hands-on role in ensuring material quality across our supply chain.

The role

• You will be responsible for supplier inspections, material quality checks and overseeing container loadings to ensure our waste and recycled plastics meet required standards.
• This is a field-based role involving regular travel to supplier sites. You will typically be on the road 3–4 days per week and will manage your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct supplier and buyer factory inspections
• Attend and oversee container loadings
• Perform detailed, hands-on material inspections
• Collect, inspect and distribute samples
• Conduct basic quality testing using industry tools (e.g. NIR, micrometer, magnets)
• Identify quality risks, contamination and non-conformances
• Reject non-conforming material where standards are not met
• Report inspection findings to commercial teams
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

About you

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Quality Inspection
• Must have field-based experience
• Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous
• Comfortable working hands-on in the field
• Strong communicator, organised and methodical
• Confident having difficult conversations when quality standards are not met
• Valid driving licence and willing to travel overnight
