Sr Lab Tech/Shade Room

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with inspection systems and quality control to ensure customer requirements are being met. The Quality Assurance Associate will work collaboratively within a the inspection and quality team. Job Type: Full-time

**This position is for 3rd shift**

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of result, including but not limited to shade and appearance.
• Operate quality assurance equipment and perform routine maintenance, as necessary.
• Document all procedures, results, and observations accurately in laboratory information management systems.
• Provide guidance to inspection staff.

Qualifications

• Prior Quality Assurance experience a plus.
• Experience in automotive textiles a plus.
• Experience in color reading a plus.
• Required to pass color shade test.
• Excellent understanding of quality control measures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in using laboratory information management systems for data management.
