Role Purpose and Responsibilities

Treefera is building the AI infrastructure that makes nature-based carbon markets trusted and scalable. We work with enterprises across supply chains and financial services to measure, verify and unlock the value of forests, at a speed and accuracy that wasn't possible before.

As our SDR, you won't be selling software. You'll be opening doors to conversations that help some of the world's largest companies understand and act on their most complex sustainability challenges. This is an early-stage, high-impact role where your outreach today directly shapes the pipeline that funds the mission tomorrow.

Responsibilities are listed below, but not limited to

Identifying and engaging prospects aligned with Treefera's ideal customer profile — primarily enterprise and upper mid-market accounts in supply chain, financial services, and sustainability functions

Running high-volume cold outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone — with messaging that's tailored, not templated

Conducting qualification and discovery calls to assess fit and articulate Treefera's value clearly

Researching prospects and industry trends so every touchpoint feels relevant, not generic

Maintaining accurate CRM records in HubSpot and enriching contact and account data for sharper targeting

Supporting senior sales reps on campaign planning and joining customer meetings and demos to accelerate your product and market fluency

Key requirements - what you will bring to the table

3+ years in a B2B SaaS sales or business development role (SDR/BDR), with experience engaging enterprise or upper mid-market accounts

Confidence and discipline running high-volume cold outreach — you know how to research, personalise and follow up without burning bridges

Clear, direct communication — on a call, in an email, or in a room with a senior stakeholder

Comfort working in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and you figure things out

Familiarity with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or a track record of picking up new tools quickly

A genuine interest in where AI, sustainability and global supply chains are heading

Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Residency (we're unable to support Employment Pass or other visa applications for this role)

Nice to have

Working proficiency in Thai and/or Bahasa Indonesia — we're growing across Southeast Asia and it matters

What success looks like

Within your first few weeks, the pitch is locked in and your first outreach is drafted and reviewed. From there the real work begins. You are in the market, running sequences, getting on cold calls and pitching Treefera's use cases with growing confidence. By the time you are established, you have booked your first meetings through outbound, own your cadence across a growing set of accounts and are stepping into discovery and qualification on your own.

Who you’ll work with

You'll report to Anish Rajani and work most closely with Sales, Presales, and Marketing, they're your primary collaborators on pipeline and messaging and your fastest feedback loop in the early months.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive base salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000 SGD, with additional commission linked to performance. The role follows a 70/30 base and commission structure, providing a stable foundation with meaningful upside for achieving and exceeding targets.

Final compensation will be aligned with your experience, skills and geographic location.
