Marketing Operations Analyst

Let’s be #BrilliantTogether Position Overview We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our growing Marketing Operations team and help drive effective lead management, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. This individual will serve as a key partner to Marketing and Sales, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to business growth. Responsibilities Provide daily operational support to the Marketing and Sales teams to enable successful outbound lead generation. Serve as a control point for accurate data entry and proper lead routing across systems. Maintain and regularly refresh reporting dashboards; prepare monthly and ad-hoc performance reports. Collaborate with the Sales Business Development team to identify and source new lead opportunities. Partner with Salesforce and HubSpot development teams to recommend enhancements and troubleshoot system issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. 1–4 years of experience; familiarity with HubSpot and/or Salesforce preferred. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business teams. Detail-oriented with a proactive, analytical approach to problem solving. Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of accountability. Willingness to work a 3 PM–12 AM shift.
