Manager - Business AnalyticsThis position is responsible for building and implementing data driven performance marketing initiates
for the Ecommerce vertical of the business.

Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
Drive, access and evaluate performance marketing campaigns on ecommerce marketplaces
Assess current practices and enhance to improve efficiency
Manage advertising budgets, bid strategies, and campaign targeting to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs
Measure ROI of online marketing campaigns
Monitor budget distribution and performance of ad campaigns
Establish new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization
Drive data based decision making by providing actionable insights from customer behaviour and buying patterns and engagement across various touch points
