About The Role

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled and qualified Electrician to install, maintain, inspect, test, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. The successful candidate will ensure all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable electrical standards, manufacturer specifications, and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate testing equipment.
  • Install and connect lighting, power outlets, distribution boards, switches, and control systems.
  • Carry out routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of electrical installations.
  • Replace or repair faulty wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, motors, and other electrical components.
  • Test electrical systems to ensure safe operation and compliance with regulations.
  • Respond to electrical breakdowns and emergency call-outs as required.
  • Ensure all installations comply with relevant electrical codes and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and testing.
  • Liaise with supervisors, contractors, and clients to coordinate work activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all company policies and health, safety, and environmental procedures

Requirements

  • Recognized qualification in Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering, or a related trade.
  • Valid electrician licence or certification, where required by local regulations.
  • Proven experience as an Electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and fault-finding techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Experience using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
  • Good understanding of electrical safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
