Job Description

  • Be responsible for all aspect of the HR operational tasks and employment life cycle.
  • Absence and leave management: administering employees’ leave and attendance.
  • Handle terminations: ensuring termination procedure is properly completed and submitting required documentation to payroll department in a timely manner.
  • Partner with the recruitment and relevant department to best coordinate employees’ onboarding.
  • Handle the processes for relocations and transfers including necessary visa applications, payroll transfers, etc.
  • Handle employee/manager’s queries relating to rewards issues including benefits, pay, bonus schemes, commissions in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Have a good understanding and practical knowledge of Company processes and policies to advise employees and managers.
  • Ensure employee data are kept updated on the HRIS (e.g. Workday) and produces relevant reports.
  • Ensure changes to the employees’ profiles are properly reported and submitted to payroll.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, ensuring procedures are properly followed and paperwork completed and filed, keeping the lines of communication open between managers and their employees.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of performance evaluation programs.
  • Perform operational support to the HR Departments in different locations.
  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your manager/supervisor

Required skills & experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of employment law
  • Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving competencies
  • Minimum 2 years Human Resources experience
  • Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal)
  • Prior experience of working with HRIS Software (Workday)
