Southern Health Partners is looking for a confident, compassionate LVN Medical Team Administrator to oversee day-to-day healthcare operations at Somervell County Jail. In this role, you’ll help lead the medical team, support quality patient care, and keep operations running smoothly in a structured correctional healthcare setting.

QualificationsWhat You’ll Do

• Coordinate and oversee daily healthcare operations
• Serve as the clinical leader and primary point of contact for the medical team
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff
• Help ensure patients receive timely, compassionate, and quality care
• Collaborate with facility leadership and the healthcare team
• Support staffing, scheduling, documentation, and clinical processes
• Lead by example while creating a positive, team-focused environment
