THI-Night Shift Supervisor

DescriptionJob Title: Supervisor (Night Shift) 5 PM - 5 AM

THIS IS AN HOURLY POSITION

Primary Duties

• Setting goals and objectives for the team
• Training and supervising team members
• Monitoring team performance and providing feedback
• Resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Leading team meetings and delegating tasks
• Reporting on team progress and performance to upper management

Secondary Duties

Conducting Performance Evaluations

• Providing ongoing training and development for team members
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assisting with employee scheduling and staffing.

QualificationsQualifications

• 2+ years of previous Experience required in managing people in manufacturing or sawmill environment required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Spanish (not required but helpful)
• Ability use Lean manufacturing decisions when needed.
