PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be an instructor in the subject of “work” to all who come to Goodwill for training or job placement assistance. In that work ethic is more “caught than taught”, you will teach others by your own work ethic and passion for quality.

Exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service.

Accurately prepare mixed drinks according to approved recipes

Complete opening and closing bar paperwork.

Totals bill and accepts payment .

Assist Restaurant Manager with other related duties as required.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS

Commitment to guest-focused, hospitable service. Ability to communicate effectively through speech and active listening
Persistent work style, taking ownership to overcome obstacles
Commitment to excellent quality and presentation of wines, alcoholic beverages, and menu items
Ability to follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards applicable.
Ability to inventory and rotate bar stock.
Approachable, authentic, dependable in interactions with guests and other team members
