About The Role

DescriptionStarting Rate: $9.73 an hour +tips

Assists guests with questions and provides guest service to all Bingo patrons.
Sells a variety of merchandise, Bingo packs, and specials and pull tabs both at the cashier window and

on the Bingo floor.

Receives payment and makes change for Bingo Sales.
Calculates total payments received during a time period, and reconciles this with total sales.
Sorts, counts and verifies merchandise, paper and pull tabs.
Verifies Bingos.
Payouts of verified Bingos.
Follows Policy and Procedures set forth by the Bingo department.
Maintain a consistent and regular attendance record.

QualificationsEDUCATION: High school diploma or GED preferred
EXPERIENCE: Customer service and cash handling
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming
license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to
handle customer questions and complaints. Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1\2 hours per day. Be
able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach. Must be able to read, write
and speak basic English
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Indigo Sky Casino maintains an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Work in casino
operations containing second hand smoke, high noise
