About The Role
Description$9.00 per Hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- Deliver drinks to customers in professional manner.
- Must be well organized.
- Consistently circulate in assigned area to ensure guests receive requested beverages.
- Able to read and check a customer’s identification to confirm that the customer is of drinking age.
- Receive money and / or credit cards and be able to use a credit card machine and cash register.
- Keep casino floor area clear of glasses and bottles.
- Professionally refuse to serve customers who appear to be intoxicated.
- Wear required uniforms and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Will be required to operate POS system and mix and serve drinks and/or food while serving as a
bartender.
- Keep accurate records of tabs and collect the proper amount when guest has finished
- Pour drinks quickly according to beverage guidelines.
- Maintain the bar area to keep it clean.

- Qualifications*Must Be 21*
- EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED
- EXPERIENCE: Customer service and beverage and bartending skills. Basic math skills.
- LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming
- license. Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma liquor license.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Hand eye coordination, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer
- questions and complaints relating to operations. Able to carry trays with beverage or food items weighing up to 25
- pounds. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, change kegs, and restock liquor and glassware.
- WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug free workplace. Work in casino operations
- containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights,
- weekends and holidays as needed.
- SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Complaint resolution, observant, able to accept criticism, and great
- attitude. Must have very good customer service to be able to adapt to different personalities. Should be
- multitasked and be able to handle beverage mixing equipment. Must be able to quickly and accurately count back
- change to a customer.
