Automotive Porter/Loaner Coordinator - Flow Audi of Greensboro

DescriptionFlow Audi of Greensboro is looking for an entry level porter/loaner coordinator/junior service advisor. Are you looking to start a career in the automotive industry? This is a great opportunity to join our service department in an entry level role with hands-on exposure to several areas of dealership service operations. You'll work closely with our service advisors, technicians, managers, and customers, while learning the ins and outs of the service department. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for this position.

This position combines responsibilities being a junior service advisor. You will take on the duties of an assistant to the service team, porter, and a loaner coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, customer focused, organized, and eager to learn. This is an entry level role meant to help someone start their career in the automotive industry, and eventually grow into a service advisor role.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their service visit
• Assist with moving and parking customer vehicles and maintaining an organized service drive
• Coordinate loaner vehicles, including check in/out and maintaining accurate records
• Assist service advisors with customer communication, vehicle check-ins, paperwork, data entry, and other daily tasks
• Help keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area
• Learn dealership service processes, vehicle maintenance, and service advising
• Perform any other duties to support the service department and service managers
