Guest Experience Associate
Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Aftersales Service Centre)
Porsche Singapore is seeking a customer-centric Guest Experience Associate to deliver a premium, seamless, and welcoming Aftersales experience, serving as the first point of contact at the service reception.
The successful candidate will welcome and assist every customer in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to deliver a premium and trusted customer journey. The role also coordinates onward and return mobility arrangements and works closely with Service Consultants to ensure a smooth and efficient handover for service consultation and updates.
Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all Aftersales customers and visitors in line with Porsche’s standards, while proactively hosting them in the waiting lounge with refreshments to ensure a premium and comfortable hospitality experience throughout their visit
Manage customer arrival flow at the service reception, including appointment verification, check-in, documentation, and customer guidance, ensuring a seamless and timely handover to Service Consultants
Coordinate onward and return mobility arrangements (e.g. Grab for Business, taxi bookings or other approved transport options) and communicate details clearly to customers
Handle customer enquiries and interactions via WhatsApp, email, and in person, directing requests to the appropriate Service Consultant or department where required
Provide reception administration support, including monitoring and replenishing lounge consumables (e.g. coffee, tea, soft drinks), ensuring availability of hospitality items
Maintain the reception and lounge environment to a consistently high standard, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and presentation, including keeping all customer-facing materials current and well-presented in line with brand standards
Support customer experience initiatives, special hospitality moments, and campaign activations, and provide feedback to continuously improve service delivery standards, customer journey, and operational flow.
Requirements
Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident preferred
1–3 years of experience in hospitality, front-of-house reception, customer service, luxury retail, or a premium service environment; automotive aftersales experience is an advantage
Professionally presented, in line with a luxury brand environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, customer-centric approach and professional telephone etiquette, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering a premium, best-in-class customer experience
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining composed and service-focused
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
Proactive, self-driven, with a strong learning mindset, can-do attitude, and ability to prioritise effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using systems and digital applications
Ability to work on a 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturdays) and be based at the Porsche Service Centre located in Tanjong Penjuru (2026), with relocation to Changi in 2027
