Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team. Automotive dealership accounting experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in accounts payable and dealership accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, code, and process vendor invoices and supporting documentation.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Process payments by check, ACH, and electronic transfer.
• Monitor payment schedules and resolve vendor discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and outstanding balances.
• Assist with month-end closing, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconciliations.
• Communicate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.
• Dealership management software experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Timeliness, reliability, and accuracy in completing assigned work.
• Must be able to work Full-Time.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
• Must have clean and valid driver’s license.
