We’re seeking a dependable, hardworking Janitorial Grounds person to support the cleanliness, appearance, and day-to-day upkeep of our apartment community. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a job well done, and values a flexible part-time schedule.

Competitive pay: Starting at $18.50 per hour, based on experience, plus the potential to earn a 2.5% incentive bonus.

Flexible part-time hours: 20 hours per week.

Paid vacation/holidays/sick leave. 403B retirement plan up to 5%, the company contributes 3% regardless of an employee’s contribution. Additionally, the company matches 2% of the amount an employee contributes.

What You'll Do

• Keep common areas and grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Maintain landscaping and curb appeal.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Help create a positive living experience for residents.

Janitorial, landscaping, housekeeping, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
