Position

We are currently looking to hire a Landscape Construction Crew Member . The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge and skills in landscape construction from hardscaping, patios, walkways and retaining walls. They will have the willingness to learn and grow in their role, must be able to follow directions and enjoy the process of landscape construction projects coming together.

Role Requirements

• 1 year Landscape Construction experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently
• Be well organized and punctual
• An eye for a very high level to detail
• Great communicator
• Willingness to work outdoors in ever changing weather conditions
• Experience operation skid steers & mini-excavators is an asset
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, kneeling) , and able to lift 30 - 50 lbs.
• Clean Drivers Abstract and Valid G license ( AZ or ARZ is an asset)
• Stone Experience preferred
