Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using a variety of programming languages.
• Contribute to projects involving Generative AI or AI technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across different technology stacks.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Demonstrated experience with multiple backend programming languages.
• Experience with Generative AI or AI technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience with at least two backend programming languages from the following:

Polyglot (React, FullStack exp, Python, FastAPI and MongoDB and AWS and AI (RAG, LLMs)

• Generative AI/AI Experience

Desirable Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Microservices architecture
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Database management (SQL, NoSQL)
• API design and development
• Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects.
• Certifications in AI/ML or specific programming languages.
