Our Auto Value Automotive store in Mt Pleasant, MI is currently seeking a person for a Full-Time local Dispatcher position. Dispatching is a fast past position responsible for the organization and completion of customer orders and deliveries. This is an in-store sales/customer service position with many training opportunities for advancement. Automotive experience and or knowledge is encouraged in an applicant. Must be able to manage 3-4 people during your shift.

• Monday - Friday. Includes one Saturday per month.

Job Responsibilities

• Scheduling and dispatching of store Delivery Driver
• Facilitate all inter-store transfer orders to be shipped and received route them to their final destinations, to get them out on schedule
• Provide Driver support
• Resolution of Customer concerns and issues
• Provide information with documentation for invoicing
• Excellent positive communication skills are a requirement. Need the ability to communicate, orally and written, clearly and professionally.
• Responsible for that vehicle maintenance and repairs are completed on time and as needed.
• Cover the Store Counter position when needed
• Daily Completion of Returns Processing and Store Cycle Counts

Previous experience in the automotive field

Valid Driver’s License

• No major violations
• No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
• No more than one at-fault accident
• Must be at Least 18 Years of Age

Pass Physical & Drug Screen

• Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms
