Marketing & Content Coordinator

Puulse is hiring a full-time Marketing & Content Coordinator to work remotely from South America. You'll produce high volumes of creative across graphic design, video, and marketing assets while supporting recruiting, internal marketing, and the content that keeps our sales teams fired up. This role suits someone who works quickly, produces a lot without dropping quality, and wants exposure to marketing across an international sales company.

What You'll Do

• Design recruiting ads and marketing assets at high volume across multiple markets
• Edit video for recruiting content, top-performer features, culture clips, and training material
• Design leaderboards, recognition graphics, and incentive announcements that keep the sales teams energized
• Edit recorded reps and employee interviews into short, shareable clips for training and recruiting
• Help build and update job listings, candidate forms, email templates, and interview kits
• Support external recruiting content across Indeed, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Take on a broad mix of day-to-day tasks and quick-turnaround requests as priorities shift
• Strong graphic design skills and the ability to produce a high volume of work without losing quality
• Video editing experience for social, recruiting, and training content
• A sharp design eye and good judgment on what content actually connects
• Organized enough to manage several requests at once
• Strong written and spoken English, since you'll work closely with teams across the company
• $800 to $1000 USD/month, full-time, fully remote
