Sanitation Attendant - Couples Sans Souci

The Sanitation Attendant is responsible to deliver excellent sanitising, cleaning, storage, setup and breakdown of services.

SOME DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean all Kitchens, Food and Beverage and other designated equipment, walls, windows, ceilings, floors and drains to prevent infection and dirt from endangering the health and safety of Guests and Employees alike
• Transport safely, hygienically, orderly and timely dining furniture, service equipment, glass and cutlery.
• Lifting of work equipment and furniture where necessary and possible.
• Safely handle chemical under supervision
• Set-up and breakdown buffets, cocktail parties, meetings

MINIMUM EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Successfully completed Secondary Education
• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Possess a valid food Handlers permit
• Must have the ability to work any day of the week and public holidays
• Good command of English Language
• Pleasant personality.
