Job Summary

The Guest Services Team Leader reports to the Guest Services Manager and provides a very high level of guest service and satisfaction to our valued guests of the hotel.

The ideal candidate must

• Have a minimum of three (3) years experience in a Junior Management position or similar capacity
• Must possess minimum a Supervisory Management certification from a reputable Institution
• Have experience in Sales/Guest Relation or Customer Service preferable in the hospitality industry
• Be be able to prioritize Guests needs and offer exceptional Customer Service

• Have excellent Time Management skills

• Have outstanding Human Relations and Problem Solving Skills.
• Possess excellent Leadership and Motivational Skills to manage a dynamic Team
• Be able to communicate well at all levels
• Have a high level of computer literacy and knowledge of Resort Data Processing (RDP) Software would be an asset
• Innovative, creative and Hands on approach to Management. Must be able to “think on ones feet.”
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
