About The Role

Baygold is seeking skilled Atom Operators to deliver high‑quality orchard spraying and machinery services using Atom Self‑Propelled Orchard Sprayers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in machinery, and values safety and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

Operate Atom sprayers to deliver precise, timely spraying
Communicate with Orchard Managers and on‑site teams
Complete pre‑start checks, basic maintenance, and daily cleaning
Support orchard operations including mowing, mulching, compost and fertiliser application
Assist with harvest as required
Follow all health and safety procedures

About you

1–3 years’ experience operating farm machinery
Experience with agrichemicals and sprayers
Mechanical aptitude and strong safety focus
Class 2/4, forklift licence, or kiwifruit experience advantageous
