About The Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Social Media & Sponsorship Coordinator to handle the day-to-day management of our social media accounts and oversee sponsorship-related activities. This role is primarily executional, focusing on content posting, platform management, and coordination of sponsorship payments and deliverables rather than content creation or strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management (Execution)

  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) based on a predefined content plan.
  • Ensure all posts are uploaded accurately, on time, and in the correct format.
  • Monitor accounts for comments and messages and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain organized content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Perform basic updates to profiles, links, and platform settings.

Sponsorship & Payment Coordination

  • Coordinate with sponsors and partners to ensure all deliverables are posted as agreed.
  • Track sponsorship agreements, timelines, and posting requirements.

Handle administrative tasks related to sponsorship payments, including

  • Following up on invoices
  • Recording payments
  • Coordinating with finance teams for processing
  • Maintain accurate records of sponsorships, contracts, and payment status.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Keep organized documentation of all campaigns and sponsorship activities.
  • Prepare basic reports on post performance (reach, engagement, etc.).
  • Support the marketing team with routine operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or a similar administrative/coordination role.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and posting tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable handling budgets, invoices, and payment tracking.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with sponsorships, influencers, or partnerships.

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for tracking payments and schedules.

Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
