About The Role

RH is seeking a Coordinator to support the Digital Experience team in analyzing web traffic, monitoring online sales funnels, and driving data-informed decisions. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to bring visibility to e-commerce performance and customer behavior.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs
  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce reporting against conversion, traffic, and demand targets
  • Analyze key performance indicators like customer acquisition cost, average order value, and lifetime value
  • Use Google Analytics and ContentSquare to identify funnel drop-off and conversion rate optimization opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Merchandising teams to surface trends and data-backed recommendations
  • Run ad-hoc analysis, customer segmentation, and campaign performance evaluation.
  • Maintain data hygiene and accuracy across reporting

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior internship or project experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or quantitative analysis preferred
  • Proficient in Excel; SQL, Python, or R a plus, particularly SQL for BigQuery
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (360 preferred) and, ideally, ContentSquare
  • Working knowledge of Looker Studio or a comparable visualization tool
  • Detail-oriented and curious, with strong communication skills for translating data into recommendations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Remain in a seated or standing position for extended periods while performing computer-based work
  • Occasionally lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 25 pounds, such as product samples, materials, or office supplies
  • Regularly use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
  • Move throughout an office or headquarters environment, including between workstations, meeting rooms, and shared spaces
