Responsibilities

  • Lead UX activities across the product lifecycle, from understanding user needs to defining and validating solutions.
  • Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX deliverables aligned with product requirements.
  • Contribute to product design with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to develop user-centered solutions.
  • Use user feedback, data, and metrics to inform UX decisions and continuously improve product experiences.
  • Apply user-centered design and design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems.
  • Conduct usability reviews and identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve user journeys.
  • Advocate for UX best practices and consistency across products.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to UX team members and contribute to UX reviews and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX, HCI, Design, IT, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in UX Design, User Experience, Product Design, or a related field, including experience in a lead capacity.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and design thinking.
  • Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum product development environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma or similar UX/prototyping tools.
  • Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and UX best practices.
  • Ability to use user research, data, and feedback to support design decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding UX designers would be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
