סקירה כללית למפעל המתכת בסודהסטרים דרוש/ה מבקר/ת איכות תיאור משרה תיאור התפקיד: ביצוע ביקורת קבלה של חומרי גלם. דיווח נתונים והכנסה למערכות, ביצוע תצפיות בייצור, בדיקות מדגמיות למוצרים בתהליך אישור מוצר סופי של המוצר, הכרה וליווי התהליך של הייצור המלא. ביצוע אימותי כיול לציוד בתהליך. תמיכה וביצוע מדידות מוצר בתהליך . טיפול בחריגות – הרמת דגל ותקשור ממצאים חורגים בזמן אמת, תוך ווידוא קבלת מענה אפקטיבי לטיפול הבעיה, כולל מתן הנחיות להליך החשדה ותיחום. תמיכה וביצוע קבלת כלים ומעקב אחרי כיולים. אחריות דרישות תפקיד: ניסיון קודם בבקרת איכות בתעשייה– יתרון היכרות עם תוכנות מחשב לרבות יישומי office– חובה אנגלית ברמה טובה - חובה ניסיון בקריאת שרטוטים מכניים - יתרון ניסיון בשימוש בכלי מדידה- יתרון נכונות לעבודה במשמרות של 12 שעות, 4-2-4. Overview (English) The SodaStream Metal Plant is looking for a Quality Control Inspector. Responsibilities (English) Job Description: Perform incoming inspection of raw materials. Report and enter data into systems, conduct production observations, and perform sampling inspections of products during the manufacturing process. Approve the final product and gain familiarity with and oversee the full production process. Perform calibration verification activities for equipment used in the process. Support and perform in-process product measurements. Handle non-conformities by raising flags and communicating deviations in real time, ensuring an effective response is received to address the issue, including providing guidance regarding product segregation and containment procedures. Support and perform tool receiving activities and monitor calibration status. Qualifications (English) Job Requirements: Previous experience in industrial quality control – an advantage. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office – required. Good level of English – required. Experience in reading mechanical drawings/blueprints – an advantage. Experience using measurement tools and equipment – an advantage. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a 4-2-4 rotation schedule
