Internal Transport Assistant

Job Description Summary

Responsible for monitoring dump truck and tank truck operational performance, including vehicle availability, utilization, fuel efficiency, and maintenance coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Also responsible for operational reporting, scheduling, spare part requests, cross-functional coordination, documentation management, and supporting workforce performance evaluation and development.

Job Descriptions

• Monitoring of dump truck and Truk Tank vehicle performance: availability, utilization, and efficiency of fuel consumption and tire usage.
• Coordinate with related sections (Assistant , Administration, Askep, etc.) for operational schedules and vehicle maintenance.
• Make requests for spare parts and equipment needed.
• Create operational report.
• Coordinate with related parties for technical and operational work arrangements.
• Provide feedback and feedback to the boss on internal / external conditions of the company.
• Create and manage regular work / project schedules.
• Evaluate performance appraisals and provide training proposals for individual career development.
• Documenting related work documents.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Mechanical
• Having 2 years of working experience as Internal Transport Assistant
• Good in communication skill
• Ready to be located in Riau and relocated according to company needs
