Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT & Business Operations Executive to manage day-to-day IT systems, business operations, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have a balanced understanding of IT support and office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage basic IT systems, email (Microsoft 365), and user support
  • Handle device setup, troubleshooting, and access management
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and internal systems
  • Support business operations, reporting, and coordination
  • Manage vendor/client records and internal communication
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, IT support, and office operations
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
