Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Role in Oregon

An opening is available for a full-time LCSW to deliver vital mental health services within a patient-focused healthcare team. This role involves conducting assessments, monitoring progress, and contributing to care plans designed for overall well-being.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

Document client outcomes and ensure they align with established care goals.
Interview patients and families to build detailed psychosocial assessments.
Identify high-risk clients and assist in developing intervention strategies.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to craft patient-centered care plans.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work.
Valid Oregon LCSW license.
Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessments and care coordination.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
