Full-Time Physical Therapist

We are hiring an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic office in Fort Pierce, Florida .

Your patients may be recovering from surgery, returning from an injury, working through pain, or trying to regain strength and mobility. You’ll help determine what is limiting their function and create a structured plan to help them progress safely.

From the initial evaluation to the final discharge visit, you’ll play an active role in measuring improvement and making sure treatment continues to match the patient’s needs.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Caseload: Approximately 1–2 patients per hour

Pay: $88K–$95K per year + full benefits

What the Position Involves

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapist evaluations
• Assess mobility, strength, range of motion, and functional ability
• Design individualized treatment programs
• Use therapeutic exercises and functional training to address patient needs
• Follow patient progress throughout rehabilitation
• Adjust treatment methods based on clinical findings
• Give patients practical home exercises and recovery guidance
• Document treatments and changes in condition

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida
• DPT degree or MSPT degree
• Professional experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Experience treating orthopedic patients
• Ability to organize and manage an outpatient caseload
