About The Role

Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This position supports licensed clinicians providing therapy services in a fully remote environment. You’ll work with a diverse caseload while focusing on treatment progress, documentation accuracy, and consistent client engagement.

Responsibilities

Deliver scheduled therapy sessions via telehealth
Complete intake assessments and progress notes
Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust plans accordingly
Maintain professional and ethical standards
Engage in team check-ins as needed

Requirements

Active LMFT, LPC, or LICSW license in West Virginia
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
Experience managing a full clinical caseload
Reliable internet and private workspace
