Bookkeeper

• **Only candidates based in Colombia will be considered for this role. This position is 100% remote
• We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial
• operations of the business. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records,
• processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with routine bookkeeping tasks. The
• ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with cloud-based accounting and
• financial platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• ● Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• ● Process invoices, bills, and payments in a timely manner.
• ● Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and payment records.
• ● Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
• ● Monitor and reconcile customer payments processed through Stripe.
• ● Manage bills and payment workflows using Bill.com.
• ● Assist with month-end reconciliations and basic financial reporting.
• ● Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• ● Help resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• ● Support the finance team with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed
• ● At least 5 year experience in a bookkeeping, accounting, or similar finance role
• ● Advanced English
• ● Experience using QuickBooks for day-to-day bookkeeping
• ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• ● Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• ● Exposure to Stripe or Bill.com is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• ● Familiarity with month-end close and basic financial reporting.
• ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• ● Experience working with cloud-based accounting and financial software is a plus.
