Customer Service Representative (Day Shift Account

We are hiring for Customer Service Representatives to join a growing Day Shift Account in Alabang, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters when necessary.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and account updates as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Meet established performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal departments.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on products and procedures.

Requirements

• At least a senior high school graduate (new curriculum) or completed at least 2nd year in college without back subjects (old curriculum)
• Must have at least 1 year of solid BPO experience
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa
• Amenable to work on day shift and shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP
