Job Description

• The role is to provide assistance to customers in order to get all load orders ready to go in the system to meet company expectations.
• Must be able to communicate adequately in English.
• Must be able to perform assigned duties with minimal supervision after training period, and be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• This role will also involve building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.

Duties and responsibilities

• Upload cargo loads into the system to ensure that dispatchers can schedule on time.
• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers.
• Provide assistance and information to all customers about their cargo, location, and arrival to destination, in regards pickups, transit, and deliveries of various cargo.
• Update status reports of your specific customers based on real-time information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and skills required

• Multitasking, proactiveness
• Attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Degree in Engineer / Administration / Finance is a big plus
• Solid data entry skills with regard to speed and accuracy.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills.
• A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced office setting.
• Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Working Hours
