Associate Market Manager (Bali)

• Your main duties in flying with us

• Acquire new accommodation partners and manage an assigned portfolio of accommodation accounts (minimum 20% of the total account portfolio)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with accommodation partners while negotiating and improving commercial terms, including promotional rates and margins
• Monitor and improve price competitiveness and room inventory availability across assigned accounts
• Support cross-functional teams in resolving booking-related issues and ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Meet individual KPIs and SLAs while contributing to the overall goals and performance of the Hotel Supply team
• Review partner performance regularly and identify opportunities to improve business production and revenue
• Ensure hotel content, facilities, and property information are accurate, complete, and up to date to maximize bookings
• Support and participate in company campaigns, promotional activities, and tactical projects
• Invite and onboard accommodation partners into special commercial agreements to enhance competitiveness and improve margins

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma (D3) in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of the travel and hotel industry
• Familiarity with hotel extranets and channel managers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• A collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
