About The Role

Server product NPI developing, define product requirement, control schedule, cost, and risk
Develop and manage the project from kick-off to mass production, Work collaboratively with all internal function teams, such as engineering, marketing, DQA and factory.
Managing product lifecycle till product discontinues with mitigation plans from manufacturing, regional business unit and key account, product sustaining and support worldwide business inquiry
Generate collateral including datasheet, sales kit, and user manual needed for product promotion.
Capable to assist RBU (regional business unit) for dedicated project development and management.

At least 10 years NPI PM experience of product management. (Server/IPC industry preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Cross-functions communication and presentation skills
Open mindset, team spirit and intercultural competence
Fluent English communication skill.
