Probe Process Engineer

New member to leads NPI/NPT activities and coordinates qualification tasks across different teams.

To lead for Wafer Map and Data application

To introduce / transfer new products into ATKL WT e.g. 16FF, C55 on UP1600, PS1600, Iflex, Uflex Plus platform. Able to plan, execute and deliver within given timeline.

Able to resolve technical issues and challenges related to product / test / hardware design.

Stabilize yield and re-probe rate of newly introduced / transfer products to meet BU & factory financial goals.

Able to work on AI project for product/test improvement.

Requirements:-

Degree or Masters in Electrical and Electronics or Mechatronics a must.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product & test engineering / manufacturing role.

Must possess good knowledge on product yield, cost improvement and experience on NPI start-up / transfer.

Experience with UNIX, Perl, C/C++, JMP is an added advantage.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
